About 50 minutes back in Seaside Park. My Tsugary attempt is early tomorrow morning, so I wanted a chance to stretch out a bit and make sure I feel good before a nice day of relaxing and preparing for the swim.
This rocky area is a small cove with a breakwater, so I was able to swim a few “laps”. Outside the cove there were whitecaps, so swimming through them would have been good additional practice, but with all the sharp rocks, that’s a little bit of a hazard, so I stuck to my laps inside the cove.
