My solo Tahoe crossing! 10.5mi. This took 8h8min. It should have taken me much less time, but there was a decent headwind against me the entire swim. My crew (Reptile, Heisterkamp, Jill and Andrew) was awesome support. They fed me and gave me Advil at the halfway mark.

It was a gorgeous day. It was really fun to finish a swim by touching a landmark, in this case the Vikingsholm in Emerald Bay.
