A good Saturday morning training swim with Andrew. We got in 2 full Chas Laps (plus a cove with each of them) and then did a round-trip Fort Mason (plus cove) and then one last cove, totalling about 4 hours (3hr44min of swim time). My watch reports 7,782yd, but it’s missing most one of the Chas Lap loops, so I think it under-counted.
