Let me preface this by saying, I am aware that I have a dangerous case of GAS (gear acquisition syndrome).
I have been enjoying taking photos with my 50mm lens, but the collapsible part was really eating away at me. “Maybe if I just get a lens that doesn’t collapse, I’ll take better 50mm photos!” I tell myself. Anyways, last week my new-to-me ƒ/1.4 50mm lens arrived and so here’s my first roll of film from it, with some good ol’ T-Max 100.
My goal was to practice focusing, and shooting as wide open as possible to get that shallow depth-of-field effect, hence lots of plants. Turned out to be a few good dog photos, too!
