After Part 1 in the morning, I came back and swam five official coves. Since it was at 5pm, there was more wind and the water was choppier. Somehow, I was able to finish even faster than the morning, at 1hr48min! I made sure to swim the most honest coves I could, under Muni pier and even under end of it, which we call the wedding cake.

I’m not exactly sure how the afternoon was faster than the morning, but I think this may have been due to the more efficient feeding setup, where we had volunteers on the docks to help us get food quickly, in the morning it was slower to get food.
